What a great week we have had
As the season draws closer, it is great to see more and more of you sharpening up your game ahead of the season. This week I have been really busy with lessons and FlightScope club fitting with some awesome progress and results achieved!
Particular mention to Martin Banks for the steps he made whilst combining a FlightScope driver fitting with some advice on how to enhance his range of movements with the backswing. Martin opted for the NEW Callaway XR16 Driver and new swing thought relating to "Leg Seperation" offered up significant changes to his ball flight and distance!
Also Kevin Holderness is taking this golfing year very seriously so felt a driver fitting was worth exploring. A Callaway FT-5 is his current driver. His FlightScope numbers with his driver showed 183yard carry with run out to 219, 14.1 degree launch angle and 3455rpm spin. The choice of driver that suited Kevin was a PING G Series, 10 degree -0.6 loft SFTec which delivered a 217yard carry with run out to 247, a 13.8 degree launch angle and spin rate of 1700.
Other ongoing success stories include Dave Winder, Gerry Green, Kenny Woodfine, Paul Walmsley and Paul "Heavy Breathing" Metcalf.

New Arrivals this week from PING
The new PING G Series range has arrived in store and is ready for you to try. PING have released 2 different designs in driver heads alongside the standard model to suit different golfer's needs.
PING SF Tec
The SF Tec version is designed for players who have a tendency to fade or slice the ball.
Features:
- 1-degree closed face angle and lighter D1 swing weight. Head weight is 203 grams
- More heel-biased CG creates roughly 10-12 yards more draw bias (compared to G).
- Available in lofts of 10 and 12 degrees.
PING LS Tec
The LS Tec model is designed for players who generate too much backspin on their drives which launches the ball too high.
- PING's lowest-spinning driver because of its slightly lower, more forward CG.
- Face angle is slightly open (1 degree), and lie angle is 1-degree flatter than the G.
- Heavier, D4 swing weight also creates more fade bias. Head weight is 207.5 grams.
- Available in lofts of 9 and 10.5 degrees.

Odyssey Putters
Did you know, if it wasn't for Nick Faldo, Odyssey would never have become the leading putter of today!
Back in the 90's Faldo was suffering with his putting and like the tinkering golfer does he bagged a new putter. At the time, an unknown brand called Odyssey and his was a mallet head called Rossie Dual Force. Winning the Masters that weekend triggered a sales boom that launched Odyssey into the golfing world.
We now have the NEW White Hot putters in store and they feel amazing. Odyssey say "
Soft White Hot Feel With Better Roll"Odyssey has the most putter wins on Tour, it's the #1 Putter in Golf, and White Hot is the most iconic insert of all-time. With White Hot RX, we've reached the next evolution in White Hot feel and combined it with better roll to get the ball in to a pure roll faster to help control your speed. Yes, you read that right - White Hot is now even better.
The oval design that created quicker, better roll in our Metal-X and Odyssey Works models is in White Hot RX. When you combine the speed and roll of this elastomer insert with next generation White Hot feel, well, you're onto something really big. And we've added a textured clear coat to the striking surface that works with the oval to increase friction and help get the ball rolling faster.
Bring your White Hot to The Range and test the
NEW RX White Hot putter against your own. We have several head shapes to offer and even have one option you can take on the course for 18 holes to test out!
