MY CHILDREN MEET RORY IN PORTUGAL! 

As most of you will know, last week I was in Portugal with my boys, Laura and our clubs! Blessed with wall to wall sunshine we had a fab time and it was the first golf holiday for my boys who are starting to get into golf, making for a delighted daddy! 

On our way home the boys got to have their photograph taken with Rory McIlroy which delighted them no end! He was really lovely towards the boys and more than happy to give his time to us.   

 

 

Summer Camps for Kids

Jonny is delivering day camps during the summer holidays for youngsters and they are proving very popular. 

Jonny is qualified in delivering kid golf sessions which include lots of fun ways of learning the game via tasks and games. 

Jonny is also delivering golf sessions into schools and promoting PGC as the venue for kid's golf in the Preston area.

If you would like to know more about these sessions or would like to arrange golf sessions at your child's school, please speak to Jonny in the pro shop.


 

President's Weekend 2016

Martin Kendrick put on a super weekend for the members which concluded on Sunday with a tightly packed leaderboard.

With scores of 71 and 70 Andy Matheson claimed top spot ahead of 4 players on 142, Harry Nixon, Alan Lafferty, A Essa and Phil Charlton who actually dropped 8 shots in the last 5 holes.

So, well done to all who took part and those who made the weekend a great success.
